You will be working on an extremely complicated existing system - MPGS - Payment Gateway with Java & Kotlin but there is o enough documentation, no one who knows the system deeply to support you; they are so busy as well, all you need to do is to dive deep into the code and figure out the flows. You will receive requirements from BA department and they are not familiar with the system and techniques as well. They are on a different team, not your team and not care about your problem when implementation. They see developers & testes such as workers (client also give you such a worker title), force you to do as much work as possible with officially 8 hours/day. They don't care how to assign tasks properly for a team, they jus care how to have enough task to count enough time for the client, and the tasks will come to you suddenly in the sprint, so you understand how bad management is. They - PMs will ask the team leader & deputy to estimate the tasks and you will do those tasks. The tasks are usually under estimation because lack of information - they don't understand the existing system clearly when estimating. PM, TL & Deputy also don't care much about your work, they don't focus on people development, connections & sharing. Some special young TLs & deputies such as Dung, Uyen(Sylvia) & Huy often raises their voices loudly with colleagues and criticizes others behind the scene. But who care? You will experience loneliness, worries, fear with full unfinished tasks, with the deadline & complain ahead; there is rarely anyone who asks or cares about your hard work & support. In general, everyone is on their own tasks and usually works overtime without compensation. This place is full of political & toxic stories, people in leadership team are ready to force you to do things that you don't want to do and kick you out the team if they feel they don't like you - at least every 3 month for restructure. There are a lot of demonstrations & meetings in the sprint & you have to spend more time to prepare everything perfectly for the demo in order to have approvals from foreign colleagues or client to continue the tasks without counting time on your daily tasks. If the demo has problem you will have big problem with PM (Tinh & Hieu). If you really want to experience what suffering is and the emptiness of being human, the come here. Good luck. Bye.

Java project (MPGS) - consider carefully before joining. Project: This is the maintenance project and adding features, the system is extremely complex, but there is no none who understands the system deeply and supports it, new devs also learn from old documents that are mostly outdated, reading from the code to infer the business, flow, in general, everyone is busy and stressed, if the work is not finished, they bring it home to continue, even on the weekend. If the work is not finished, they will be pressured by the PM/SM or Team leader. Scrum master(SM)/ Project manager (PM): One person takes on both positions, quite ambiguous about the roes and responsibilities, they work as if managing both TLs and team members, they often ask questions that criticize team members and impose deadlines on them. They are unpleasant, difficult people and show hierarchy discrimination. They often impose their decisions instead of getting alignment for a certain team task. Team leader (TL) TL here works in a imposing and authoritative manner, they say whatever they like and rarely support team members. Some younger TLs have extremely bad attitudes, they have good technical skills and English, but their communication and influencing skills are extremely bad. TLs also often work from home without clear reasons and leave office earlier than other team members, regardless of the work that is still in messy. They easily blame team members of not completing the work. Org chart: Currently there are 4 teams, and the Org chart changes frequently, at least every 3 months. They change people from one team to another without prior notice or discuss with team members, which also show the imposition and lack of respect from the leaders, SM/PM as well as the contributions of each team member are scattered across the teams. Summary: In conclusion, working here is quite stressful, especially the pressure from people and then the complexity of the project. People com, people leave happening.

Công ty chả chuyên nghiệp, HR ghost ứng viên. Hứa hẹn với mình phỏng vấn xong sẽ thông báo kết quả qua mail nhưng 2 tuần rồi vẫn không có hồi âm. Nếu k pass thì cty phải email thông báo chứ, mất thời gian kinh khủng.

Cty 10 điểm. Project đa dang từ web, mobile, fintech, devops,... Office có tầng 11 view đẹp. Đăc biệt là văn hóa rất chill. Anh em làm mệt thì lên tầng 11 cafe tán dóc, xong thì xuống lầu 8 chơi billard, bi lắc cực chill. Đủ team đá banh, cầu lông, xe đạp, chạy bộ,... Phúc lợi ok, bảo hiểm full lương. Năm nào cũng đi du lịch nơi sang chảnh, khách sạn 5 star. Team building cực đã. HR cũng rất là xinh đẹp, dễ thương, ăn nói dịu dàng. Vì là cty outsource nên có thể sẽ k bằng những cty product, top đầu như Marvel, Ampere,... nhưng endava vẫn là good option cho anh em.

viết được những dòng này thì chắc cũng đã lớn rồi, đến tuổi đi làm rồi mà phải không ? đã lớn rồi nhưng sao lại k biết khôn, biết suy nghĩ vậy ? Đây là web review, k phải web hỏi đáp. Muốn hỏi thì lên fb, kiếm fb của cty endava rồi inbox hỏi mấy bạn HR coi cty tốt hay xấu. Lên web review để hỏi review về cty rồi đánh 3 star, đúng là chỉ có mấy đứa con nít mới làm vậy

Vậy việc bạn xin review thì liên quan gì tới việc bạn đánh 3 star cho cty ? Ở đâu mà ra cái trò là cứ xin review thì đánh 3 star vậy ? Bạn hiểu đánh star review, từ review google cho đến review cty là gì không ? 5 star là cho cty best, còn 1 star là cho cty si đa, và cứ theo thang đó mà tính từ 1 tới 5. Vậy bạn hỏi review mà đánh 3 star thì có ý nghĩa gì nữa ?
HR Endava mới biết chơi trên trang reviewcongty à :)). Ng.ta đánh 3* trung lập để hỏi ý kiến người đi trc về cty này, chưa đánh 1* là may rồi đó ngồi đó khóc :v. Ko tin thì cứ đi xem review tất cả cty trong hệ thống này đi rồi biết. Ko biết còn bắt bẻ ng khác, cười ỉa. Newbie :))
T k phải HR hay nhân viên làm việc ở endava. Chỉ thấy ngứa mắt với cái trò đánh 3* để hỏi rồi bảo "3* là trung lập". Xin nhắc lại: Thang điểm reviewcty là 5 star. 1* là cty sida còn 5* là cty best, rồi từ đó tính ra. 3* để hỏi là 1 hành động ngớ ngẩn.
