The management treats the employees well. Old style IT software management, however still trying to improve it. Need to find smart and better way to make employee happy and feels like at home in the office especially in the project.

hệ thống rất lớn, lâu đời, nghiệp vụ nhiều, nhưng công nghệ hơi cũ. môi trường thoải mái, công việc của dev cần liên hệ nhiều với team nghiệp vụ ở úc / indo. môi trường bình đẳng, sếp nice, thân thiện :D
